|For example: Enalapril (ACE-inhibitor) and Tasosartan (AT2-Antagonist). Both are metabolized by CYP3A4.
The consequence could be to lower the dosage of both. The table gives also alternatives for both drugs, so that it might be possible to choose two drugs with the same effect that don't interact with each other: e.g. Enalapril and Candesartan (CYP2C9).
