 Create a new region Select the AAs and press the „make new“ button. The selected AAs are shown in the window below. Edit an already existing region Choose this region as the active region and add or remove the AA.

1st row: Chain and AA number 2nd row: Whole sequence 3rd row: Active region (at the beginning the whole sequence is the active region), only active regions can be removed. 4th row: The user-defined „new region“. If you „Update“ this region it becomes the „active region“.
